When your significant other, or family member just needs assistance to remain in the own home, Hands 2 Help can be the link to a loved one keeping some of their dignity and independence vs being sent to a Nursing Home. A thorough evaluation is done prior to the start of service and in many cases a Nurse from the Dept of Health will perform an Assessment to determine whether or not the person is safe remaining in their own home, or a candidate for a higher level of service
